Lucy & Paul's Wedding

A great day in the heart of the Dorset countryside

The sun shone and the rain hid for the beautiful wedding of Lucy & Paul at Moreton Manor in the heart of Dorset.

A fantastic venue with magical surroundings made an excellent day even better. As many know Dave and I love venues in the countryside.

It was great to see Lucy & Paul again after photographing them at sandbanks a while ago, which also made everyone a bit more comfortable in front of the camera.

Lucy looked fab in her dress which Paul finally got to see a few hours later at the church. The ceremony went well and the extra happy vicar made it fun to photograph.

Then it was back to the house for the reception and photographs. The speeches were short and sweet with words from a very proud father.

Lucy gave Dave & I free run of the kitchen which we were eternally grateful for and one can never have too many olives.

We later had a walk around the gorgeous gardens using a bit of off camera flash and giving the couple a well earned break from the day.

We finally wrapped our day up with the first dance where Lucy & Paul stole the dance floor.

Lucy and Paul were kind enough to contribute a portion of their wedding money to Julia's house, which was amazing, so do follow the link and check out what they do :)

It was a pleasure shooting Lucy & Paul's wedding and hope to stay in touch in the near future.

Meanwhile here's a handful of images from the awesome day.

  1. Thank you Seb and Dave for making the day so wonderful. Capturing such moments that only lasted a second or two is so precious. I'm sat here with a big grin remembering the day fondly, it really is just one big blur!
You chaps were brilliant, nothing was too much bother for you and your enthusiasm was endless. You did a great job. Love, lucy and Paul. Xx
